becouse you are supposed to put the apple cider vinegar on your face as a toner then moisturize, you dont just eat apples or regular vinegar it has to be apple cider vinegar, plus if you have dry skin aswell as acne it will make your skin worse, only use it for normal/oily skin. i started using it 3 weeks ago and my skin is oil and acne free, it works faster than you expect
